KALECIK KARASI
Produced from the grapes
of Kalecik town in Ankara. The characteristics of this wine is
burgundy red with bright purple hue, fresh red fruit at first followed
by vanilla, banana, cherry, caramel aromas. Displays medium body
and leaves velvet softness in the mouth. Kalecik Karası is goods
for aging 8 to 10 years. Recommend either with red meat and cheese.

OKUZGOZU
Produced from the grapes
of certificated Öküzgözü
vineyard in Elazığ near the Euphrates river in Southeastern region
of Turkey. The characteristics of this wine is medium body, well
balanced, good quality soft tannins, dark in color with purple hue,
very in rich aromas of red fruits also soft touch of tobacco and
leather notes. This special wine aging very well and good up to
8 years. Recommended with red meat, kebabs and steaks, spaghettis,
pastas & cheese.

BOGAZKERE
Produced from the grapes
of certificated Boğazkere vineyards of Elazığ near the Tigris river
in Southeastern region of Turkey. The characteristics of this wine
is strong body, very enjoyable long finishing, dark red color with
dark blue hue, very rich and strong aromas of dried red fruits,
spices. Good for aging up to 10 years. Recommended with red meat
kebabs, turkey, salmon and cheese. Especially eastern Anatolian
cheddar or Gruyere cheese.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Famous French grape which
has risen to become the worlds most popular red wine grape. Cabernet
wines are dark red, smell of cedar and blackcurrants have considerable
body and a firm structure, and age extremely well. This late-ripening
robust variety flourishes in warmer climates delivering high quality
wines.

MERLOT
This highly productive variety
is suitable both for VARIETAL (Mono cepage) wines and for blendin
(Coupage) with stronger, more tannic grapes. The best results are
achieved in France, in the Bordeaux region. It is also popular
in Switzerland’s Ticino, northern Italy, and southeastern Europe.
Merlot is fruity, velvety, and natures faster than Cabernet, but
in pure varietal form has only lately attracted international attention.
It is currently being planted at a significant rate.

SYRAH-SHIRAZ
This superb variety from
the northern Rhone in France has found success throughout the world.
It delivers full-bodied, hefty wines that have excellent tannins
and complex aromas, including violets, black cherries, wild herbs,
liquorice, humus and various spiceses. The great Australian Shiraz
wines are particularly important, and there have recently been
some excellent Californian Syrahs. Good Syrah wines are also produced
in South Africa.

SANGIOVESE – MONTEPULCIANO (Coupage )
The most widely planted red
wine variety in Italy. It is the grape responsible for the Tuscan
Brunello, Chianti, and Vino Nobile wines, and for the wines of
the Torgiano and Montefalco regions in Umbria. In cool years, the
late-ripening Sangiovese rarely manages to ripen fully, whereas
its wines from warmer vintages are characterized by a lively acidity
and delicate tanin structure, and always retain a charming elegance.
Sangiovese has demonstrated good potential in California.
