NARINCE
Produced in Tokat a town situated in North Central Anatolia region close to Black
Sea province. Narince is a variatel wine with a yellow and greenish color. This
elegant wine has flowery and strong fruit aromas. Goes well with seafood, chicken
and cheese.

EMIR
Produced from the grapes
of certificated Emir vineyards
of Cappadocia, Turkey. The characteristics of this wine is Gold
yellow color with green hue, well balanced tannin and acidity, apple
aromas, graceful tasting and long finishing. Recommended as aperitif
or with all seafood dishes, chicken and cheese.

MISKET- MUSCAT
Muscato or Muskateller- behind
the name lies one of the oldest and most ramified families of vines.
Most renowned is the Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains, whose small,
aromatic grapes are the basis for one of the world’s most popular
sweet sparkling wines, the Italian Asti, previously known as Asti
Spumantane. Muscat’s are grown in many countries, however: wines
from Greek island of Samos, and Muscat de Frontignan from France
are famous examples, It is also widely planted in Spain, Austria,
Eastern Europe, the U.S.A., South Africa and Australia.

SULTANIYE
Produced in the town of Manisa
and Denizli, situated in the Aegean province of Turkey bordering
the Mediterranean province the grape is being produced at 200 meters
above sea level and 1200 meters high in the town of Denizli. Sultaniye
grape is light in texture, producing pleasant wines with fruit
and spice aromas. It is highly recommended with all seafood, chicken
and cheese as well as with all sweet pastries.

CHARDONNAY
Originating in Burgundy-France,
where it produces such
contrasting wines as the mineral-tasting Chablis and the multi-faceted,
mouth-filling Montrachet, Chardonnay has conquered the world, The
reason for this is its adaptability in terms of climate, soil,
and methods of winemaking. All over the world, the Chardonnay grape
produces, at the very least, pleasant wines, and very convincing,
great wines if given the appropriate commitment. It is also better
suited than any other white grape to vinification and maturation
in barrels.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
Related to the Cabernet varieties,
Sauvignon Blanc is often blended with Semillion, where it shows
its class in great dessert wines, or the dry Graves Bordeaux. Wines
made from Sauvignon Blanc alone first appeared in the Loire, Sancerre
and Pouilly-Fume; which reveal the aromas of blackcurrant and gooseberries,
and have a fresh acidity combined with inimitable mineral overtones.
If harvested early, Sauvignon Blanc develops grassy, vegetation
aromas. It has become the second most popular white variety after
Chardonnay.

FUME BLANC
Produced from Sauvignon Blanc
which has been used for
generations in France, and came to California in 1878. In the US
it is sometimes called "Fumé Blanc",
a name first originated

wine under this new name now exceed sale under the original name
